Scope of Work
- Commissioning, re-calibrating and re-programming of the junctions
- Visit once in every month to check the performance of the system and documentation for the evaluation
- Support round the clock in terms of any down-time of the system.
- Visit as per the critical request from the engineer to ensure the system performance and faults.
- Respond to the failure within 1-2 hours after reaching site location from the receiving of the instructions. (*Travel Time to be considered from Muscat)
- Quarterly report of the performance of the system with Log Sheets for review and evaluation.
- Routine Filter Cleaning for the Traffic Controller.
- Routine Detection Sensors Check and re-calibration of detection.
